“Recruit Honour Race” is dedicated to continue the legacy of military journalist, Major of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine – Oleksii Chubashev (call sign Recrut). Oleksii was an ambassador of Ukraine glorifying sports values, strength, will. Endurance and perseverance. 100% of the registration fee will be directed to the needs of the International Legion (DIU).
The NGO “Run Ukraine” serves as the Race Organiser.

The participants may be admitted to the Competition upon presentation of the documents provided at the time of receipt of the starter pack.
- A starter letter printed out and signed by the participant (the starter letter is available in the participant’s personal profile or in the email box after a successful payment)
- An ID document that confirms the age of a participant (required for all participants)
The 13-year-old participants (for the course 5) and the 15-year-old participants (for the course 10) are also required to present a Parental (legal representative’s) consent for the participation of the minor participant in the races of 5 km and 10 km (Annexes to the Rules of the Competition of the NGO “Run Ukraine”).
The participant chooses at their own discretion.
The route (final running track) for 10 km must include a distance of 10 km or more.
For the Open Distance, there is no need to have a track for the final route.
Runs of smaller sizes are not counted.
Participants are admitted to the Competition on the condition of proper and timely registration for the Competition.
Registration is possible only online on the organizer’s website of the Competition.
Electronic registration of participants for the Charity Run “Recruit Honor Run” is open from June 5, 2024, until June 30, 2024, at 22:00 (subject to availability of slots).
The Competition organizer reserves the right to suspend or completely close registration without warning in case the participant limit is reached.
A participant is considered registered if they have filled out the application and paid the registration fee.
The registration fee paid by the Competition participant is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: if the Competition participant is unable to participate in the Competition, complete the chosen distance, finish within the established time limit, or if the participant is disqualified, or if the Competition is canceled due to unforeseen consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic or force majeure circumstances, etc.
The participant’s registration is canceled if inaccurate and/or incorrect data were provided during registration. In the event of registration cancellation, funds will not be refunded.
Paid registration cannot be canceled, and the registration fee is non-refundable.
The registration fee for the Recruit Honor Run distance | 10 km (online with a physical medal) is: 1050 UAH.
The registration fee for the Recruit Honor Run distance | Open Distance
(online with a physical medal): Open Distance fee is: 1050 UAH.
The registration fee for the Recruit Honor Run distance | online | Open Distance with a virtual medal (online with a digital medal): Open Distance fee is: 800 UAH.
The registration fee does not include the commission for money transfers.
Participants of the Competition make the payment of the registration fee by electronic payment on the organizer’s website https:/recruitrun.runukraine.org
The “starter kit” for participants on the 10 km distance and Open Distance includes:
– An electronic participant’s bib with the name, sent to the email specified during registration 2 weeks before the run;
– Participant’s medal (the medal is sent within a month from the last date of the run if the entire distance is completed on the day of the event);
– Participant’s diploma in the Personal Cabinet;
– Delivery of the medal by Nova Poshta within Ukraine (delivery takes place within 30 days from the date of the online run).
The “starter kit” for participants of the Open Distance (virtual medal) includes:
– An electronic participant’s bib with the name;
– An electronic participant’s medal – the medal appears in the participant’s Personal Cabinet within 3 days from the date of the run if the entire distance is completed on the day of the event and confirmation of completing the respective distance is provided through the Strava application (automatically if the account is connected during registration) or by sending an email with a link or screenshot of the distance track to registration@runukraine.org;
– Participant’s diploma in the Personal Cabinet.
Medal reception is possible after sending an email to registration@runukraine.org with a link or screenshot of the distance track.
Emails are accepted within 3 calendar days after the last day of the run for this distance. Dates are specified in point 4.
The expenses for the delivery of medals by Nova Poshta within Ukraine are included in the registration.
International delivery costs 700 UAH.
Winners are not determined. No award ceremony.
